Ad-Hoc Support  
£30/hour

Perfect for those who require assistance as and when they need it.

  • Pay-as-you-go flexibility - Only pay for the time you use.
  • No ongoing commitment  - Ideal for occasional support or one-off tasks.
  • Fair & transparent pricing - After the first hour, you're charged by the minute.
  • No wasted time - Any unused time can be refunded or carried over to the next month.

Payment Terms for 
Ad-Hoc Support

  • £30 per hour, with a minimum booking of 1 hour per month.
  • After the first hour, time is tracked to the minute.
  • Payment due within 7 days of invoicing.
  • New clients: A £90 deposit is required before work begins.

For growing clinics requiring in-depth patient care, scheduling and admin assistance.

Payment Terms for Monthly Retainer Support

Full payment for Monthly Retainer Support is required in advance on the 1st of each month.

  • Invoices are issued prior to the due date, allowing time for processing.
  • Payments must be received by the 1st of the month for services to commence.
  • Unused hours do not carry over to the following month. To maximise your support, be sure to use your allocated hours within the billing period.
  • 1 month's notice is required to cancel or adjust your Retainer support.
